How your painting will arrive
Every painting is carefully prepared for its journey. Depending on the piece, it will be sent rolled or flat, wrapped in protective materials and securely boxed. This ensures your artwork arrives safely and ready to be framed or displayed.

Shipping details

• All paintings are shipped from the UK.

• Once your order is on its way, I’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its progress.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Within the UK: usually 3–7 working days.

  • International orders: around 7–14 working days (customs may add a little extra time).

International orders
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that your country may charge import taxes, customs duties, or local fees once the package arrives. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy

• I offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day your painting arrives.

• If you wish to return an artwork, please notify me by email within this period.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and securely packaged.

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Refunds are issued once the painting has been safely received and inspected.

• Please note that shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Exclusions

• Custom commissions or personalised artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Paintings damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return.
